To ensure a smooth booking process, please provide the following documents:

  • For Domestic Tours:Aadhaar Card and PAN Card (mandatory).
  • For International Tours:A valid passport and PAN Card (mandatory).

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date.

A Passport that is valid for at least six months beyond your date of intended travel to adhere to international travel requirements.

  • Flight tickets for both ways and
  • Hotel Voucher
  • Travel insurance (highly recommended for safe travel)
  • Health certificates/vaccinations (if necessary)

Yes, we offer visa assistance for a nominal fee, ensuring that your documents are properly organized with the required proofs. However, please note that visa approval is solely at the discretion of the issuing authority.

Daily breakfast is typically included in most packages and will be provided by the hotel where your accommodation is arranged. The inclusion of lunch or dinner depends on the specific tour package you select. Some packages may include these meals based on your itinerary or destination.

Once your services are confirmed, you shall do NEFT transfers or UPI transfers or you can pay through payment Apps like Gpay or any UPI IDs.

For Flights, Hotels, Trains, and Car Rentals: Cancellation policies are purely based on the terms and conditions of the service provider.

For Activities and any Transfers: Any cancellations made within 30 days of departure are not refundable.

Cholan Tours' Administrative Charges: For tour cancellations, a 10% administrative fee on the tour cost of the person will be applicable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation. Additionally, cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective service providers. You shall refer to the cancellation policy mentioned in the tour booking terms and conditions for more details.

Travel insurance is mandatory when booking a tour with us. It is essential to cover any contingencies during your trip, such as illness, injury, or loss of baggage.
